4How to use it
- Fill a bowl: use one Pet Kibble on a Food Bowl. It's full (4 servings), and your pets eat from it on their own when they get hungry. Each serving fills about a third of the hunger bar.
- Hand-feed: use it on your pet while it's not quite full. One is used up.
Sneak + use with kibble leaves the click to vanilla (breeding, healing), as with any food.
Kibble doesn't go in a Feed Trough. Animals that eat from troughs (farm animals, the horse family, chickens, pandas, polar bears, sniffers, armadillos) only take Pet Kibble and their own favourite from your hand. Every other pet takes any kibble.
Who eats it
Pet Kibble is the only kibble that every animal takes from your hand, farm animals and horses included. That makes it a handy treat for a pet whose own food you don't have.
It's nobody's favourite. For an extra happy pet, use its favourite kibble instead: Fish Kibble, Meaty Kibble, Seed Mix or Veggie Kibble.
Tips
- Topping up a bowl with anything that isn't kibble turns what's in it into plain food, so the favourite bonus is gone until you fill it with kibble again.
- One craft makes 4: that's four full bowls.
