Eating & drinking
Axolotls eat from a food bowl, lunging at it with their gills flared. They drink from a water bowl, or from the water they live in.
Any kibble or a hay bale fills a Food Bowl (4 servings); any other food adds one serving. A water bucket fills a Water Bowl, a water bottle adds two servings.
Washing
A water bucket picks an axolotl up, as in vanilla, so you can't rinse it with one. It gets wet anyway by swimming, so Pet Soap works on it straight out of the water.
Tips
- Place its bowls right at the water's edge so it doesn't dry out walking to them.
- Kibble is easier to carry around than buckets of fish: it stacks.
